Dear RASP,

My name is Annie and I am 3 years old. I have been in my new home for 1 year. I have had a lot of health problems, but mom takes good care of me and loves me.  This past summer my health took a turn for the worse. The vets thought I might only live for 6 more months.  Well it has been 6 months and I am doing even better than last year.  It has been 8 weeks since my last fever episode which is a record for me.  I have a lot to live for now. There is a new baby in the house and it is my job to make sure his fingers are always clean. I am sending some pictures for you to see how well I am doing.  The first picture was taken last winter.  I love to bound in the snow.  The second picture is me on my first vacation to Wisconsin with my brother Otis who was adopted from Boxer Rescue.  I jumped off the dock twice. I really don't enjoy swimming too much, but at least I tried.  The last picture was taken this past Halloween. I was a witch, and Otis was a Pittsburgh Steeler.  Baby Andrew was born October 8th. Some say he looks just like me, but really he is a lion. I love my new home and my family.  Thank you for saving me.

Love,
ANNIE HORLOCK
